Contact us
- In the app: go to Me > Help & Feedback, choose a category and send us a message. We reply to the email address on your account. If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, our reply reaches you through Apple's private relay.

Never send us your password.
Connect with your partner
- On the Me tab, tap Connect with your partner.
- Share your invite code with your partner, or enter your partner's six-digit code.
Invite codes are valid for 24 hours. You can start on your own and pair whenever you're ready.
Disconnecting
To disconnect, go to Me > Relationship. Only the connection ends; you keep signing in as usual.
- Shared records are hidden for both of you.
- Your personal records stay with you.
- Cycle and intimacy sharing turns off.
- If you pair with the same person later, your shared records come back. Deleted records stay deleted.
Mallow.ai Plus
- One subscription covers you and your paired partner.
- On a new phone, sign in to the same account, then go to Me > Subscription and tap Restore.
- To cancel, use the subscription settings of the App Store or Google Play. Deleting your Mallow.ai account doesn't cancel a subscription.
Your data
- Export: Me > Export my data.
- App Lock: Me > App Lock, with Face ID, fingerprint or your device passcode.
- Delete your account: Me > Account & Profile > Delete Account, or see Delete your Mallow.ai account.
