Delete your Mallow.ai account

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Mallow.ai and go to Me > Account & Profile > Delete Account.
2. If you're connected with a partner, disconnect first.
3. Sign in again to confirm it's you, then confirm the deletion.

If you can't use the app

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm the request before we delete anything. Never send us your password.

What is deleted

We usually delete all of your account data within 24 hours. This includes your photos, your period and intimacy records, and records shared in your relationship, including ones your partner created.

What is kept, and for how long

• A record that a deletion happened, with none of your content, for up to 60 days.
• Encrypted backups, which are overwritten within 30 days.
• Purchase records kept by RevenueCat, our subscription provider, linked only to a random account ID.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the subscription settings of the App Store or Google Play.

Delete only some of your data

To keep your account but delete all your cycle data or all your intimacy records, email [email protected] from your account's email address, and we will delete that data and your consent within one month.
