Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Mallow Labs Limited (“we”, “us”) for your use of Mallow.ai. By creating an account or using Mallow.ai, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy and our Health & Intimacy Data Notice explain how we handle your personal data.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Mallow.ai. It includes intimacy records, period tracking, partner sharing and subscription purchases, and is not intended for anyone under 18. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or over.

About Mallow.ai

Mallow.ai is an app for organizing your personal life and the life you share with a partner. It includes to-dos, Special Days, a shared calendar, trips, money tracking, cycle tracking and intimacy records. Mallow.ai is for personal, non-commercial use and is not a medical device.

Your license to use Mallow.ai

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Mallow.ai on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, under these Terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from. Mallow.ai, including its software, design and the content we create, belongs to us and our licensors.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details and device secure, and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account, unless it results from our failure to keep Mallow.ai secure. If you think your account has been compromised, tell us promptly at [email protected].

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you add to Mallow.ai. You give us a limited permission to store, process, display and share your content only as needed to provide Mallow.ai to you and to the partner you choose to share with. We never use your content for advertising or to train AI models. This permission ends when your content is erased, except where the Privacy Policy explains that we must keep it.

Only add information about other people, including your partner, if you have the right to do so. Some records, such as an intimacy record of a moment together, also say something about your partner, so please only log what you know they would be comfortable with.

Partner features

You can connect with one partner. Connecting shares nothing you already have: you choose what to share, feature by feature, and you can stop sharing or disconnect at any time. While you’re connected, the to-dos and calendar events you add are visible to your partner unless you hide them. Your partner may already have seen what you shared before you stopped. If either of you deletes their account, the records shared in that relationship are deleted for both of you (see Account deletion).

Cycle, intimacy and medical advice

Cycle tracking and intimacy records use information about your health and sex life. We process it only with the explicit consent you give before you start each feature, as described in our Health & Intimacy Data Notice. You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account, which permanently deletes this data with the rest of your account, or by emailing [email protected] to have all your cycle data or intimacy records deleted while you keep your account.

Mallow.ai is not a medical device and is not a medical, legal, financial, therapy or relationship-counseling service. Period, ovulation, fertile window and chance of pregnancy estimates are calculated from what you log and can be wrong. Do not use them as contraception, to plan or avoid a pregnancy, or to diagnose or treat any condition. Talk to a qualified professional about your health, and contact emergency services in an emergency. AI results and other suggestions are for personal organization and reflection only.

AI output

AI features are optional. Mallow.ai may provide AI-assisted travel plans using Google Gemini, or OpenRouter and the model providers selected through it. AI-generated content can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, for example about opening hours, prices, safety or entry requirements. Check important details before you rely on, save or share them.

Subscriptions and payments

Mallow.ai Plus unlocks additional features, such as more trips, more photos, more AI trip planning, shared and additional ledgers, and Plus access for your partner. The free allowances that apply are shown in the app. If your Plus access ends, nothing you created is deleted or hidden; content above the free allowance becomes read-only. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions are sold through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until you cancel. If you start a free trial, it becomes a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.

You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We cannot cancel a store subscription for you. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. This does not affect any right to cancel or obtain a refund that you have under the consumer laws of your country.

Plus for your partner

One active Mallow.ai Plus subscription covers both people in an active connection. Partner access ends when the connection ends. Payment details remain private to the subscriber. Mallow.ai may show whether a connection has Plus access, but never shows the other person’s payment details.

Acceptable use

You may not use Mallow.ai to harass, threaten, abuse, monitor or control another person; pressure anyone into sharing their records or giving you their device or sign-in details; impersonate anyone; violate anyone’s privacy; upload unlawful content; try to access another person’s account; or interfere with, reverse engineer or misuse the service, except where the law allows.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if the law requires us to, or to protect other users. Where reasonable, we will tell you in advance and explain why. You can stop using Mallow.ai and close your account at any time.

Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app at any time. If you are connected to a partner, you’ll be asked to disconnect first, and we will ask you to sign in again to confirm it is you. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone: your account is locked straight away, and your data, including the photos and media you uploaded, is usually deleted within 24 hours. When you or a former partner deletes an account, the records shared in that relationship are deleted for both of you, including shared records the other person created, so keep your own copy of anything important. Signing up again creates a new, empty account. Deleting your account does not cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. Changes to Mallow.ai and these Terms

We may change, add or remove features to improve Mallow.ai or to comply with the law. If we make a material change to these Terms or remove a significant paid feature, we will give you reasonable notice in the app before the change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription and close your account before then.

Our responsibility to you

We provide Mallow.ai with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free from errors.

If we break these Terms or are negligent, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses, because Mallow.ai is for personal use.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Governing law and disputes

If you have a problem, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it informally.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. If you are a consumer living in the UK or the EEA, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Otherwise, disputes will be decided by the courts of Hong Kong.

App Store and Google Play

If you downloaded Mallow.ai from Apple’s App Store, these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Mallow.ai or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. If Mallow.ai fails to meet any warranty that applies, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the price you paid for the app, if any; to the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation. We, not Apple, are responsible for any claims relating to Mallow.ai, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection and intellectual property claims. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

If you downloaded Mallow.ai from Google Play, Google Play’s terms also apply to your download and purchases.

General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organization, but this will not reduce your rights. If a translation of these Terms conflicts with the English version, the English version applies unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
